If you are a fan of Rick Riordan, then this is for you. Especially fans who ship Nico di Angelo with Will Solace. The Percy Jackson author announced the book in the September of 2022, and it is set to hit bookshelves and online stores on May 2nd, 2023, in the US and UK. You can pre-order the book now!
2. Heartstopper: Volume 5 by Alice Oseman
Volume 5 of the bestselling graphic novel will be released in November, so although there are still a few months left until you can add this book to your Heartstopper collection, now is a good time to re-read her other books or if you haven’t already, you still have time to catch up with the rest of the series.
3. Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Chalice of the Gods by Rick Riordan
It's a busy year for Rick Riordan who is also releasing a 6th Percy Jackson book this September, which will be following the original trio: Percy, Annabeth, and Grover as they try to fulfil three quests to get Percy into college (University for UK readers).
4. Girls Like Girls by Hayley Kiyoko
Hayley Kiyoko’s debut novel is expected to release on May 30th, 2023. This queer romance will follow 17-year-old Coley learning to embrace love despite the vulnerability it causes.
5. Clytemnestra by Costanza Casati
This is another novel set to debut on May 2nd, 2023, for lovers of Greek mythology. Clytemnestra is best known in Greek mythology as the wife of Agamemnon who cheated on him with Aegisthus whilst Agamemnon was away fighting in the Trojan War. Upon his return, they killed Agamemnon. Casati’s debut novel will be perfect for Greek mythology nerds who want to learn more about lesser-known figures.
